Webinar | How DAFF's Biosecurity Operations Division creates a culture of coaching

2024 July 11 webinar recording

Discover why and how the Biosecurity Operations Division of the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (commonly known as DAFF) invests in manager-led coaching efforts to create a more engaging and fulfilling work environment.

In the midst of a rapidly evolving marketplace and shifting expectations of its workforce, DAFF sought to accelerate innovation and lift performance, retention, motivation and engagement by transforming the quality of conversations between managers and employees.

The goal: make the organisation more human through science.

Join Paul Hollingsworth, Director of Capability and Coaching at DAFF and Kendra Strudwick, Head of Learning APAC at NeuroLeadership Institute, for an in-depth look at the journey they embarked on to create a culture of coaching this Thursday, July 11th.

Paul and Kendra will unpack how the partnership with NeuroLeadership Institute and the adoption of a Brain-Based Coaching approach has dramatically improved interactions, boosted performance and engagement, and helped scale a common coaching language throughout the business
