Putting the 'I' into Integrity: How our brains impact ethical dilemmas

May 30, 2024 - Putting the I into Integrity (8)

Many organisations list Integrity as one of their values or a leadership attribute.

How many can actually clearly identify what that looks like in practice or know how to create an environment that fosters integrity? Only a few.

Poor ethical outcomes persist even when leaders are committed to doing the right thing.

This session unpacks the human side of an integrity-focused culture. It is about understanding:
- What is happening in our brains when faced with ethical dilemmas
- Why it can sometimes be difficult to know what the right thing to do is, and then do it
- How leaders can foster a pro-integrity culture

This session was live on Thursday, May 30, 2024

(Recording will only be available for our corporate members)
