She has been a Master Facilitator, Mentor and Assessor with The NeuroLeadership Institute for over 10 years and is well-known within the community for her skill, authenticity and passion.

Kendra’s specialty is applied neuroscience, how brain science impacts leadership, decision making, engagement and performance. Her style is ‘edutainer’, therefore audiences can expect to be inspired, challenged and championed.

She is a certified coach and facilitator, and specialises in driving high performing & inspired organisation through culture, capability building and change initiatives. She is an advocate for DEI and its valuable integration to commercial benefits for the organisations and key to employee experiences.

Currently serving as the Vice-President and Global Head of Learning Organisation Effectiveness & DEI, at Olam Agri. Paddy has been instrumental in kick starting a transformative journey in developing learning experiences that regenerate key capabilities and strengthen the cultural evolution to help the companies ambition of transforming the Food feed & fiber industry for a sustainable future.
