The NeuroLeadership Institute is pleased to offer digital badges for two of our public education programs: the Brain-Based Coaching Certification and the Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership. We’ve partnered with digital badging provider Acclaim to provide our program alumni with a digital badge in recognition of their accomplishment. These digital badges represent the knowledge, skills and experience our program participants have demonstrated as they earned their certification.
Digital badges are issued upon completion of the program. If you've completed either the Brain-Based Coaching Certification or the Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership, then you're eligible to receive a digital badge. Please submit this form so we can verify your eligibility. Once confirmed, you will receive an email from our badging partner, Acclaim, to claim your digital badge.
If you've complete another program offered through the NeuroLeadership Institute, please verify your program history so we can keep our records up to date. We will contact you as additional digital badges become available.

The Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership is an online program offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute. We are an approved recertification provider for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The Foundations of NeuroLeadership program is approved for 60 professional development credits (PDCs).
The Brain-Based Coaching Certification is a 16-week, online program design to prepare you to lead a professional coaching engagement with confidence. The program builds on the Brain-Based Conversation Skills Workshop, with research and practical tools to help you become a more effective coach. The Brain-Based Coaching Certificate program was recently redesigned and now features live, video-workshops and a social learning platform to connect you with your peers and support your progress through the program as earn your certification.
NeuroLeadership Institute's BBCS Brain-Based Conversation Skills® provides a strong foundation in the neuroscience that enables effective everyday conversations. Participants learn to help people identify impasses, generate insights, take action, and build sustainable new habits. The program provides ample opportunity to practice and gain confidence as participants develop and accelerate their coaching and leadership skills.
Over the past seven years, we have helped hundreds of organizations follow the science to reduce bias and increase inclusion through rigorous research and applicable concepts that create change. We do this by starting with the brain: anchoring DEI initiatives on what we know works from basic biological science.Our DEI Practitioner Master Class will allow you to dive deep into our research and develop a deep understanding of how to approach DEI from a scientific perspective that drives results.
