Use the Science of Power to Boost Inclusion

Organizations today face a dilemma when it comes to inclusion.

Leaders are being held more accountable than ever for creating an inclusive environment. However, scientific research makes it clear that people become more exclusionary when they come to power.

Join Khalil Smith (Head of NLI’s Diversity and Inclusion Practice) and Heidi Grant (NLI Chief Science Officer) for a POV webinar on “Inclusive Leadership." Together, they will present intriguing research on the obstacles leaders face and offer key insights around overcoming those obstacles.

Remember: If you aren’t actively including, you’re probably accidentally excluding.
