The power of a coaching credential

Since 1995, the International Coach Federation (ICF) has provided a vital foundation for coach professionals world-wide, setting the gold standard in the training field. For the very first time since their creation, ICF have updated its Core Competencies to be in line with the changing dynamics of the coaching industry to continue setting high standards across the board.

Join our Professional Certified Coach Kendra Strudwick, with our guest speaker and Master Certified Coach Barbara Anderson, as they address the changes to the ICF core competencies and discuss how the coaching industry has evolved over time to support changing environments.

In this webinar, Kendra and Barbara will present:

  • The changes to the ICF Core Competencies, suitable for new or existing coaches already on their journey of credentialing.
  • Perspectives on how the coaching industry has evolved overtime.
  • Why a brain-based approach can give you the skills to be more effective in this new era of coaching.
