Chrsity Pruitt-Haynes, Global Head of Talent and Performance
Christy Pruitt-Haynes is a consultant and facilitator with NeuroLeadership Institute. In this role, Christy works with organizations across multiple industries to expedite the development process that creates smarter organizations and more inclusive and resilient leaders.
As a TEDx Speaker and Nashville Emerging Leader Award recipient Christy founded Christy Pruitt-Haynes Consulting as well as Our Truths, a speakers bureau, and training company dedicated to turning workplaces into safe spaces for Black Women. There, she’s displayed her expertise in leadership development, diversity, strategic planning, and HR through speaking or consulting engagements with Dollar General, Vanderbilt University, Tractor Supply Company, the International Conference on Diversity, and many more.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Christy led human resources for multiple organizations including The Memphis Grizzlies, Infiniti, and ViacomCBS (CMT). She is the author of Would the world be better if we were all alike and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pathway Women’s Business Center, Miriam’s Promise, and the Women of Color Collaborative as well as on the Speaker Selection committee of TEDx Nashville.
Christy holds degrees in Personnel and Labor Relations as well as multiple certifications in diversity and human resources.
