In addition to being a Master Facilitator herself, Ms. Smythe is responsible for leading and developing the Corporate Solutions and Education facilitation teams within NLI EMEA, ensuring that we maintain quality high standards of delivery and generate greater learner insight.

Prior to joining NLI in 2003, Ms Smythe had over thirty years Board level experience as Director Sales, Marketing and Client Development, within the Financial Services, Management Consultancy and Recruitment sectors.

Ms. Smythe is an Executive Coach, with over 4000 coaching hours, and a Coach Supervisor. She has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Neuroscience of Leadership and holds a Degree in Business Administration.
