Stephanie earned an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies at the University of San Francisco. Stephanie previously worked for an education non-profit where she first became interested in applied neuroscience. She joined NLI to continue to be a part of meaningful educational experiences.
The Brain-Based Coaching Certification is a unique program design to prepare you to lead a professional coaching engagement with confidence. The program builds on the Brain-Based Conversation Skills Workshop, with research and practical tools to help you become a more effective coach. The Brain-Based Coaching Certificate program was recently redesigned and now features live, video-workshops and a social learning platform to connect you with your peers and support your progress through the program as earn your certification.
The NeuroLeadership Institute is accredited by the International Coach Federation. The Brain-Based Coaching Certificate program is approved for 75 hours of continuing coach education (CCE). Alumni who have already completed the Brain-Based Conversation Skills workshop who complete the certificate program will earn 49.5 hours of ICF-accredited training.
