In this episode of NeuroLeadership Foundations, we’re focused on the foundational management skill found in our CREATE model.
CREATE is an acronym to guide conversations, ideally taking place after a dilemma or desired outcome has been identified.
It leads a manager or coach through the steps of learning about a person's Current Reality (CR), Exploring Alternatives (EA) toward a goal, and then Tapping the Energy (TE) of the emerging insight, which happens quickly and takes some practice to harvest.
Learning how to methodically create the conditions for insight generation is a crucial first step for organizations focused on driving performance, optimizing learning, and motivating lasting behavior change in the workplace. Join us for an introduction to — or refresher on — this critical management skill.
