Dr. Simpson translates social and neuroscience research to organizational challenges and serves as a subject matter expert on topics such as growth mindset. This builds on her experience in business management in the entertainment industry. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and her B.A. from Stanford University.

Garvey has over 13 years of experience designing and managing diversity & inclusion and executive leadership initiatives; working across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. In recognition of her work, Garvey was selected as a ‘Champion for Diversity’ by the UNAC and honoured as one of Hong Kong’s “Women of Hope” by HK Magazine/SCMP.
