# How a Certificate in NeuroLeadership Can Impact Your Career

The field of “neuroleadership” has been growing for more than a decade, ever since Dr. David Rock coined the term in 2007 to create a new language for leadership.

If you are an L&D or OD professional, this is a language we think you’ll want to learn. And the Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership (CFN) is a course you may want to try.

Here’s how it works: Over a six-month period, participants meet with real neuroscientists to learn how the brain functions and discover how those functions impact people’s ability to regulate emotions, make decisions, and collaborate in their day-to-day work.
