Webinar | Behavior Change at Mid Market Scale

If you’re familiar with NLI you’ve probably learned about our work with large companies like Microsoft, HP and Cigna, but we also partner with small to midsize companies.  From tech startups to hedge funds and credit unions, our impact spans a wide range of industries of companies with smaller headcounts.

In an upcoming webinar Katherine Milan (Vice President, Client Experience) and Clara Gottesman (Senior Client Advisor) will reveal how NLI creates behavior change across manager populations of growing companies. Katherine and Clara will discuss the challenges midsize companies face—as well as their inherent advantages—when developing and deploying learning initiatives of any size.

Learn about the science-based methodology NLI employs to create and measure desired behavior change.  Discover how companies like yours are benefitting by improving feedback, increasing inclusion, operationalizing growth mindset, and mitigating bias.
