Ms. Milan leads client engagements, working with Microsoft, Intel, and many others; partnering with clients on the creation of custom learning solutions and the implementation of NLI’s standard product suites.

Clara helps clients from small to mid-size companies translate the research on behavior change to drive new habits at scale. Clara is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University, where she researches organizational change, group dynamics, and team development. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Middlebury College.
