With over three decades of medical technology industry experience, most of Probir’s work has been on launching novel therapies, and turning around patient and employee-centric businesses.

As its regional leader, Probir is spearheading Terumo’s reputation, performance and investments in Asian markets for business growth, talent scale-up, and health system augmentation through educational interventions, social investing, and cost-leveraged manufacturing across several sites.
