NEW PROGRAM LAUNCH INFORMATION SESSION

DEI Master Class QA Session

Over the past seven years, we've helped hundreds of organisations follow the science to reduce bias and increase inclusion through rigorous research and applicable concepts that create change. We do this by starting with the brain: anchoring DEI initiatives on what we know works from basic biological science.

We are now launching a new DEI Practitioner Master Class for our Asia-Pacific region. This program has been designed to empower you to approach DEI from a scientific perspective that drives results.

The DEI Practitioner Master Class is a three-month virtual program that offers the opportunity to learn from other practitioners in an efficient and structured way, while teaching you how to apply the research and science-based concepts to:

  • Build the case for making diversity a priority
  • Identify the behaviour change needed to leverage diversity
  • Re-design systems to ensure access, accessibility and representation
  • Identify how to measure the impact of DEI on your organisation
  • Mobilise your leaders and the wider organisation

During this information session on Thursday 31st, we will review:

  • The changing landscape of DEI in the Asia-Pacific region

  • How our DEI Masterclass will take you through, step by step, helping you build a science-based DEI strategy

  • Who should attend and why

Join us on Thursday, August 31st from 1 to 1.30  PM AEST to learn how this program will impact your organisation and career.
