Karin is an accomplished business leader and advisor to local and international  executive teams. She partners with ASX 200 and Fortune 100 companies to advance the way they think about the challenges of leadership through understanding the biological and social drivers of human behaviour.

Karin blends a deep understanding of neuroscience research with practical executive experience in cultivating high performing teams. She has advised, coached, and mentored Boards and C-suite Executives through post-merger integration, performance turn arounds, restructures, and culture transformations. Her career encompasses executive roles in retail banking, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.

Organisations who have benefited from Karin’s advisory work include ANZ, BHP, Seek, BlackRock, Santen, NTT Data and Herbert Smith Freehills.

Karin also serves as a Non-Executive Director on several boards.
