Her experience is global where she partners with Ministers, CEOs and C-Suite on how to pivot, build capability & lead inclusive organisations that thrive in challenging environments. She has led complex human capital transformation programmes for State and Local Government in Australia & abroad. Bridgette is the author of research and technologies in diversity & inclusion & HR innovations, including world first patented technology providing inclusive tech access of HR services for frontline workforces. Her recent research for the Australian Public Sector, looked into improving workforce participation for those with disabilities using neuroscience.
Sacha Cornuault, Research and Solutions Consultant
Sacha Cornuault is a Research and Solutions Consultant and author. Sacha tackles complex challenges in organisational culture, leadership, diversity, inclusion and performance. His leadership has made a profound impact on various government organisations across Australia and New Zealand. His recent partnerships include the Department of Home affairs, Australian Taxation Office and Queensland Public Sector Commission. With over 10 years of experience in strategy and development and recently a nominee for the 2024 Research & Innovation Award, Sacha’s commitment to impactful solutions in the public sector makes him a great asset for any project.
